Before you start: certified copies
Most of the forms in this kit ask for a certified copy of your marriage certificate. You may want an additional certified copy or two — agencies like Social Security and the passport office each hold onto one for a while, and the kit tells you where each copy goes. Extra copies are about $10 each from the Utah County Clerk.
